- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line your mini cupcake pans.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Fill Liners: Spoon the batter into the mini cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a cupcake comes out clean.
- Cool & Decorate: Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting or serving.
